Prior to this, Georgia held executive and leadership roles across major private hospitals, including Ringwood Private Hospital the Valley Private Hospital, Knox Private Hospital, and Southeastern Private Hospital. As Director of Clinical Services and Deputy Director of Nursing, she successfully led teams in delivering exceptional patient outcomes, optimising resource management, and implementing effective workforce strategies. Earlier in her career, Georgia also served as a Nurse Unit Manager at The Royal Children’s Hospital, reinforcing her commitment to patient-centred care.
A highly effective communicator and relationship builder, Georgia is passionate about engaging with teams, patients, and stakeholders to ensure optimal healthcare experiences.
