In May 2023, Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia held its inaugural conference at the Adelaide Oval. Titled, “Facing the Future: Aged Care 2030 and Beyond”, the conference featured the best and sharpest minds from several sectors across the aged care ecosystem for two days of inspiring debate and conversation.
As part of the lead up to the conference, ARIIA put the call out to a wide range of stakeholders in the industry, including aged care sector CEOs, managers, workers, providers of products, services, digital technology developers, researchers, architects, robotics engineers, scientists, advanced manufacturers, allied health clinicians, lifestyle coordinators, community support workers, nurses, family carers and aged care consumers
Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia is an industry-led organisation established to engage with the sector to collaboratively lead and facilitate the positive transformation of aged care nationwide.
ARIIA’s Interim CEO Reuben Jacob works closely with the ARIIA staff, Board, partners and stakeholders to deliver on the mission to grow the capability of the aged care sector in order to improve care through innovation. Jacob, brings expertise and experience in strategy, executive management, business development, stakeholder engagement, commercialisation, operations and research working in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
